THANK YOU to all of my WONDERFUL friends and family for all of the birthday wishes, it made my day!
Got quite a few things I want to checkoff on my todo list tonight, and the laundry isn't going to fold itself!

Tonight I'm trying to catch up on my photobooks I have been waiting to buy on Snapfish -- I like to do digital books of trips, Christmas and other "important" things- it takes the pressure off me to get it paper-and-pen scrapbooked! If you're planning on a big snapfish order, I found a coupon code for 35% off an order of $25 or more - it saved me $25! MTN0100 is the code, you're welcome :)
I have also been debating whether or not to buy a hand-stamping tool set... thought it might be fun to make necklaces and charms, bracelets, etc. but my scrapbook room is a disaster the way it is, I dont know if there is room for one more "project"
our poor little cub has RSV -- well actually we didn't do the nose swab (ouch!) to confirm it but the doctor told us today that it is going around and he is showing all the symptoms of it. He was gone from daycare Tuesday with a fever- took him to the clinic and they said it was an ear infection... was better Wednesday then today another fever, so we took him to the clinic again, and found out a) he doesnt have an ear infection and b) most likely has rsv.... RSV can be very dangerous for little ones, so the best thing we can do is stay home and share lots of snuggles!!! the picture above was taken about 6:30 on Tuesday night, Mason was so exhausted he fell asleep on the floor in the living room during the time it took me to get his medicine and cup of milk ready!
i was looking at my calendar and realized i have not put in a full week of work since the week of January 4th! Either Mason has had dr. appts, was sick, daycare was closed, or it was a holiday... I am so lucky that my work has been SUPER flexible with me in letting me work from home as much as possible.Feeling a little bad about not making it to church this AM but since bobby is working, it just gets to be too difficult to entertain Mason the entire time, and then I end up not being able to pay attention to the sermon... but I did come across a charity website that I decided to donate to -- my friend Kristen has been posting a lot on her blog about helping out in Haiti and inspired me to do the same (although she is doing SO MUCH more than simply donating money!).
The website is Feed Starving Children - they have offices based in MN, and of course my soft spot in my heart is children so it just seemed right to me... (and P.S. the IRS says you can deduct your Haiti releif gift on your '09 or '10 taxes)
Going to try to just hang out and enjoy the rest of the day, anxiously waiting for Bobby to come home so we can hang out as a FAMILY, before back to the grind on Monday!
