Week 27 (July 9-15)

I officially have an 11-month old! I cannot believe Chase is already almost ONE yr old!

Week 26 (July 2- July 8, 2012)

We have really been busy almost every day for the longest time-- I wish I would write down what we did each day on a calendar to remember it all-- the plan was to "remember" eAch week by updating our "virtual project life" every Sunday but that just hasn't been happening!!

On the 3rd Bobby's friend Jay was up from UTAH and came to visit us!

On the 4th we had our annual fireworks display at our house-- so fun to have our little neighborhood over! Our display was cut a little short; however due to one of the fireworks misfiring!! I'm posting now in hopes one day we will look back and have a good laugh about it all! We are just so thankful that no one was hurt.

On Saturday Bobby and I were able I have a little getaway to Mpls - just is two! Soo grateful for my brother who came and watched the boys! I spent the day on the beach in Big Lake while Bobby played in a poker tournament and after we stayed @ the Alfoft hotel and went to a delicious dinner at Oceanaire! So fun to walk around together. We had even planned on getting tattoos but couldn't when we arrived due to not enough time-- :(

Week 24 (June 18-June 24)

This has already been a busy week - lots of pictures to share! ((I STILL haven't figured out how to put the pictures with more than 1 per line))  I have been using my iphone to take the majority of my pictures these days, but looking at these pictures makes me realize I wished I would remember to use my "real" camera more often -- (haven't had time to edit any of these-- instagram is so much easier!)

Monday night we went to my mom's for dinner - my grandpa and Arliene were up from St. Cloud to visit everyone, and my Aunt Gwen was there too. So much fun to visit with everyone - it was only my grandpa's SECOND time meeting Chase - a perfect night for him to start learning to walk! Mason learned to walk using the exact same "walker" - push along, go too fast, fall down, repeat....

Tuesday night was my work picnic - Mason got to see the inside of "mommy's courthouse." He kept asking me where the play room was. Sadly, I dont have one! He then told me he was going to work at "Daddy's national guard office when I grow bigger and bigger." Hmm... wonder if there's a play room there that I don't know about??? :)

Last night my friend Stacy stopped by with her son's new puppy -- Mason was in LOVE. Chase wasn't too sure... the puppy wasn't too sure either!

Tonight my brother is coming over to watch the boys so I can to go Bobby's softball game! So excited to go as I haven't been able to go yet this year! And what a BEAUTIFUL evening - I hope the rain stays away -

Tomorrow is Friday - hurray! I'm going to try to leave work a little early to take the boys to the pool - it is always so nice during the week and rainy on the weekends - I think that this weekend might be our only "free" weekend in quite a while and FOR quite a while.
Hoping to do nothing but RELAX in the SUN!

Oh how I love the business and go-go-go of summer!

week 21 (May 27- June 3)

I have been loving my blogger app on my phone.. makes it so easy to post pictures, but a little harder to actually write.

I can't believe JUNE is already here. Summer here we come!!! Bobby has started softball - we NEED to go see one of his games - maybe this Thurs. if it is nice...

This week started out with some sad news... Bobby's grandma Hilda passed away, at the age of 99 and 3/4... She would have turned 100 on August 4th. While it is comforting to know she lived such a full, happy life, it is never easy to say good bye. Reminds us to never take our loved ones for granted - life should  never be too "busy" for family!  Her funeral was Wednesday, in Fargo.

Yesterday we had our very first garage sale! It was the city wide garage sale-day, so a perfect day to do it. My brother came and helped watch the kiddos. Got rid of a BUNCH of stuff we had packed away for YEARS and made a little money, but mostly it was just fun to do. Got to visit with so many people and it was such a beautiful day to be out in the sun!

Tonight I got caught up on making some picture frames for Chase, which I have been meaning to do for so long -  It is crazy looking back at his newborn pictures and realizing he is already going to be TEN months old this month.

Time for bed -- full week of work ahead!
