Beautiful day!

What a beautiful day outside! I have been having so much difficulty focusing at work today because it is SO nice out! Today after lunch a co-worker and me drove around w-town and it felt so nice to open my sunroof and have the HOT sun hitting my head! Sure made coming back to work this afternoon hard! it just made me think of how pumped i am for summer to finally get here-- it has sure taken its time!

one year!

Well for those of you who really know me you arent that surprised that it has been over a MONTH since I have last written on here! it just seems like time goes by so fast! It has already been a year that bobby & i have been in our house-- and I STILL havent painted our kitchen!

Today I made up my mind that no matter what the weather was like, I was wearing capris and sandals to work- and it was 38 degrees. I am hoping that if I keep dressing for summer, that summer will come sooner!

Not much has changed at the Buzick's. This weekend we will have one of our little nephew's over which I am excited for!

I am really wishing I had something exciting to write about, but i dont!

friday night we had SO MUCH fun hanging out with the barkers! we went to the sioux-michigan tech game and then went back to our house (after stopping at red pepper, of course). they used to live in g-town with us and now we live so far apart, so it is always so great when we can hang out together. today bobby went to take his "little brother" out to eat- this is his second month with volunteering with the big brother/little brother program. then we are watching the bristol race and i hope i can do some scrapbooking- i have gotten so far behind!

sickly-bies birthday

Well I am officially 24, and until yesterday had never had to spend the night in a hospital. Early yesterday morning I woke up sick as could be- I had been coughing/sore throat since the Friday before but yesterday it felt like there were needles poking the inside of my ears. Ouch! So Bobby brought me into the clinic and I ended up getting admitted- apparently when they did a strep-throat test on Tuesday there was a "false-negative" result and in the mean time the strep infection spread to my ears. Then our doctor asked Bobby how he was doing and turns out Bobby has influenza. So he got sent home and I spend the night in the hospital. now today we are on opposite sides of the living room so that we dont "swap" diseases.

Now I just read everything I wrote and realize how gross it is to share all that-- Sorry! :)

Anyways- if anyone is wondering why Bobby & I aren't answering our phones, we are still alive- just hanging low for the weekend.

This week

This week has been pretty uneventful for us. I did get a bunch of scrapping done on Monday and Wednesday though. Last night Bobby had pool league in Hillsboro; I went with him to that. This weekend Bobby has to go see his guys at drill, and on Sunday afternoon I leave for training in Duluth for almost a whole week! It is kinda hectic trying to get all my stuff for work in order. I'm bringing my scrapbook tote along with me though so I can have something to do at my hotel room.

LONG weekend!

I am so thankful for this long weekend! it is a much needed break for both bobby & me... My big plan was to finally paint my kitchen, but it never happened. Instead, Bobby and I went to the sioux-denver hockey game-- we even had a suite on Friday night! So fun! Then today we went to my parent's to watch the Daytona 500, and KASEY KAHNE got 7th place, which I am SO excited about!

It always seems like the weekends go by so fast~ a couple of weekends ago a bunch of girls and I

rented a cabin at the Grand View resort outside Brainerd- it was so beautiful and so nice to be able to hang out with my "Girlfriends" it always seems like everyone is always so busy that we never make time for eachother. We had so much fun- I cant wait to do the same thing again next year!

Scrapbooking

This weekend was pretty uneventful-- we had a BLAST watching Eli Manning win the superbowl at Bobby's friends' home in Fargo!
